Made out of stretchy bullet fabric. Small bow measures approximately 14 inches in circumference. Medium is about 16 inches in circumference. Small will likely fit NB-6 months & Medium will likely fit 6-12M depending on how big or small baby’s head is. Sizes are just a recommendation- a lose guideline to follow. Children should never be left unattended while wearing a head wrap. Children should also never sleep while wearing a head wrap. Spot clean only - hand tied.
